Covid – 19 Guidelines

Bookings

All booking should be made in advance of your arrival either online or by phoning Emma directly on 07812 969356
Payment should be made in Full prior to arrival by the On-line payment portal or Bank Transfer to reduce the need to handle cash payments and face to face transactions.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking together with further emails prior to your arrival confirming details.

Caravans

Please do not arrive prior to 2 pm on your day of arrival, if you wish to arrive earlier please discuss with Emma so we can direct you to a temporary holding area until your pitch is free.
Please ensure you do not travel to the site or enter the site if you or your party members have Covid 19 or Symptoms of Covid 19 .
Please drive directly to your allocated Pitch upon arrival. (Pitch 1 and 2 are Hard Standing , Pitch 3,4 and 5 Grass Pitch) .
Please ensure that you follow all on site signage and guidance to maintain a sufficient distance from other site users.
As far as practical we would wish you to use your own facilities rather than the facilities block . If you need to use the facilities block please ensure you sanitize on the access and egress points to the building and ensure you follow the guidance that is displayed.
For the safety of our staff please ensure that all rubbish is sealed in plastic bags provided and placed in the designated bin.

Glamping Pods

Please do not arrive prior to 2pm on your day of arrival, if you wish to arrive earlier please discuss with Emma to see if your POD can be made available sooner.
Please ensure you do not travel to the site or enter the site if you or your party members have Covid 19 or Symptoms of Covid 19 .
Please park your car in front of the amenity block during your stay .
Please ensure that you follow all on site signage and guidance to maintain a sufficient distance from other site users.
We have unfortunately removed Kettles , Cups , torches , airbeds and in addition bedding and towels in the luxury pods to reduce the potential contact points of Covid 19 . We are very aware that this is not the level of facilities we would normally provide and we hope that you understand that these are unprecedented times that we are dealing with .

Please ensure that you follow on site guidance for social distancing and cleanliness
If you suspect you have symptoms during your stay please inform Emma on 07812969356 and ensure you vacate the site immediately and follow Government Guidelines to testing .
We like to be on hand throughout your stay however we will reduce face to face contact during these times however Emma is always available by email or mobile at any time for any assistance.

We are promoting the use of online transactions to avoid the use of face to face transactions.
We are ensuring that no one visits site with Covid 19 or symptoms.
We are increasing our cleaning regime with a focus on specific touch points.
We have provided on site guidance in the form of posters at key areas throughout the site.
We have installed hand sanitisation points at key areas.
We have removed equipment to reduce potential high risk contact points .
